Now, let's look at the amazing AI tools that are available to multiply their productivity. I also have an exclusive partnership with an AI tool that is considered one of the best at what it does - as such, I can create a Brand Bot for your business. It's a bot that is yours; you will own the software license for it and your team can use it long after we're done working together. Product 5: A3 Business Strategy Development
Your Business Strategy On One Piece of Paper...
The A3 Planning Tool gives you the ability to create a one-page business strategy that is visual by nature. It helps you define the most important business objects, goals, missions, visions and sharing it across your organization - which promotes team engagement and "ownership" of the strategy. With elements like the traffic light diagram, quarterly review of your A3 is time efficient. Simply stated, when utilized correctly, the A3 keeps your business on track throughout the year.
What an A3 Project Will include:

Development of a "Master" enterprise Strategy which sets the course for the organization.

Development of "Supporting" A3s, which apply to functional areas in the company
